Raouf is a highly experienced business continuity and crisis management consultant with over 10,000 hours of experience in implementing and auditing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs). He has worked with international organizations across various sectors, including oil and gas, financial institutions, defense, IT, and public administration. Raouf is a certified PECB trainer, an approved instructor for the Tunisian National Centre for Professional Development, and a BCI-approved instructor. He has 20 years of training experience in topics like crisis management, operational resilience, security, and personal safety.
Raouf is skilled in crisis management team exercises and has briefed senior government officials, Ambassadors, and industry leaders. He has worked globally with partners in countries such as the USA, France, UAE, Egypt, and South Africa, across sectors like government, military, NGOs, and education. Raouf is a member of the Business Continuity Institute and the Vice Chair of its North and West Africa Chapter. He is also the author of over 30 articles and certified training programs.
